Job requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in sales/operations related jobs

- Diploma and degree in related field

- Possess initiative with a desire drive for excellence in a dynamic environment

- Possess a successful track record in achieving set objectives

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with customers & management

- Possess positivity and have good teamwork

- Highly motivated and willing to learn

- Usage of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Basic Photoshop

- Able to write and communicate in fluent English

Job Description:

• Meet the sales targets set by management.
• Represent the company and be recognized as an expert in the construction industry.
• Actively seek opportunities in the construction market and potential clients for growth.
• Maintain and manage excellent customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering value.
• Evaluate and submit analyses on the potential of new customers.
• Build and maintain a network with stakeholders (developers, consultants, architects, contractors, etc.).
• Serve as a role model who embodies the company's vision, mission, and values, with an emphasis on personal accountability, business acumen, and disciplined execution.
• Stay updated on site progress and provide effective material forecasts.
• Ensure constant communication with the leadership team regarding current trends, issues, problems, and activities to facilitate product making and/or strategy development.
• Communicate effectively with dealers and customers about terms and conditions to ensure timely payments.
• Submit monthly reports to the manager in the prescribed format.
• Provide case-specific solutions to customers.
• Offer support, training, and troubleshooting to customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ sales experience in the construction industry preferred
• Must possess own car
