Job Summary

• Leverage resources for providing service to guests and Owners (e.g., Vacation Ownership Advisors) in an effective manner.

• Manage time effectively to punctually attend daily team meetings, training sessions, and guest/owner appointments.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Office and Accounts Executive located in Singapore. The Family Office and Accounts Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to account management and administrative support for the family office including the following:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports for assigned entities
• Prepare annual financial statements and audit schedules
• Collaborate with bankers and advisors to ensure seamless execution of financial transactions
• Liaise with outsourced providers for corporate secretarial matters
• Assist with the tax computation for ECI tax provision and final tax filing purposes
• General operations of the SFO, including HR, IT, grants and corporate communications
• Implement solutions that will have meaningful impact on the investment and non-investment related functions. Solutions can range from talent development or training programs for the team, to leveraging government/regulatory body (e.g. MAS, EDB etc. initiatives to enhance the operations and visibility of the SFO
• Plan and execute various programmes and events related to the mission and stakeholders of the SFO
• Liaise with 3rd party vendors or potential partners to develop relationships, as needed
• Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in providing administrative assistance
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in office administration tasks
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
• Familiarity with financial markets and investment terminology is a plus
• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred

Regional Office Management

• Lead and drive the growth and strategic development of regional offices, based on business, business needs and market trends.
• Initiate and lead projects regarding regional development and change management.

• Ensure the implementation of detailed business improvement plans to meet or exceed country profit targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of regional offices and ensure appropriate corrective actions.
• Manage an effective and balanced portfolio of business and markets to achieve business growth.

People and Relationship Management

• Support and implement programmes and activities for efficient people management, with the regional HR policies.
• Lead and develop the regional teams to ensure the required people and organisational capability is in place.
• Ensure there is a culture of employee feedback and engagement.
• Develop and build a culture of continual personal development.

Compliance and Internal Policies

• Ensure regional offices' compliance with policies.
• Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with legal requirements and external regulations.
• Collaborate with legal team to minimize legal exposure.

Senior Sales & Marketing Executive (Surgery Center)
