Job Description & Requirements

[Branding, Digital Marketing, and Media Buying]

- Handle website and CRM system (customer relationship management);

- Brainstorm marketing initiatives with in-house team & agencies, execute ad hoc tasks;

- Follow the media buying strategy and liaise with influencers, media and other suppliers.

[Social Media Content Management]

- Manage the brands' social media accounts and assets, including interacting with followers and responding to comments, inquiries and complaints;

- Collaborate with marketing team to plan content for social media calendar, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and RED etc.

- Coordinate among various functional agencies (design, MCN, vendors) and outlets to maintain branding consistency;

- Provide tracking, analysis, insights of various platforms’ performance for automotive brands and competitor brands via monthly reports;

Requirements

- Minimum Degree qualification

- Preferably fluent in Mandarin and English, both speaking and writing;

- Familiar with various social media platforms and know the user habits and trend;

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign will be a PLUS;

- Passionate about F&B industry and lifestyle related content; Good communication skills.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at a leading digital media company. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and promoting our digital media services and solutions. Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:Identify potential clients and leads in the digital media industry through market research, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
   Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
   Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our digital media services and solutions to prospective clients.
   Negotiate and close deals, contracts, and partnerships with clients while ensuring the best interests of the company are met.
   Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and achieve company goals.
2. Marketing and Promotions:Plan and execute marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement with our digital media offerings.
   Utilize various digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing, to reach the target audience effectively.
   Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve the best return on investment (ROI).
   Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales materials, to support the sales process.
3. Client Relationship Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
   Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
   Continuously assess client feedback and industry trends to identify opportunities for service improvement and upselling.
4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies in the digital media space.
   Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and identify areas of differentiation for our services.

Duration: 3 years contract

Assist in strengthening the comms function:

• Support the recruitment of suitable candidates to be communications practitioners.
• Compile and analyse the recruitment data, competencies, training/ experience and current responsibilities of communications practitioners (staff and volunteers).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute engagement initiatives aimed at guiding staff and volunteers in understanding and fulfilling their communication-related duties effectively.
• Support the sharing and managing of knowledge and information of the comms functions.

Assist in the development of systems and resources to enhance the operational effectiveness of the communications teams in units

• Assist the implementation of work processes, competency frameworks, training roadmaps and performance metrics to strengthen. communications function in divisions.
• Maintain an up-to-date of useful resources including SOPs, templates, playbooks, to be assessed by comms practitioners.
• Manage access of repository to staff members.
• Assist to produce internal communications materials to engage comms officers. Work with the team to design attractive internal comms materials including EDMs, newsletters to communicate regularly with comms officers and volunteers.
• Develop a system to record stories of comms officers efforts in the community.

Other duties

• Monitor project expenditure and prepare utilization reports.
• Assist in the procurement of required services, e.g training, resource development.
• Assist in preparing reports to update management and stakeholders
• Perform tasks as assigned.

Experience and skills

• At least one year in a marketing or related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft and effectively convey messages.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and provide insights.
• Good inter-personal skills for working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Flexible and adaptable to work environment.
