Key Responsibilities
• Leads the development of the Brand Marketing Plan to meet company goals.
• Analyse brand Profit and Loss (P&L) to drive profitability of the brand.
• Manage the assigned brand’s new product launch assessment and deployment in the local market, including P&L, pricing, place and positioning.
• Work with a multifunctional team (including Creative and Social teams) to implement the plan in the marketplace and monitors performance of the support plans.
• Builds productive working relationship with R&D, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain to manage the brand’s day to day operations, and external partners and agencies.
• Lead ongoing analysis and review of consumer, category, channel/customer, and competitive information as part of a situation assessment of brand performance and identify growth opportunity.
• Provide input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance. Recommend solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets.
• Lead the management and production of posters, flyers and other collaterals
• Lead the acquiring and liaising with promotional merchants for marketing programs
• Lead the execution of effective digital marketing strategies across all social media platforms
• Manage and maintain listings on digital and online channels including delivery platforms
• Manage customer enquiries

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or any other relevant field
• Sound understanding of marketing fundamentals and tactics
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
• Leadership and project management skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing strategies
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with marketing tools and software
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
