Overview

Reporting to the Head, Insight and System, RHS Office (RHSO), the appointment holder will help to manage and support the development of digital engagement plans and projects with HealthierSG (HSG) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and learning management system. The appointment holder will also support data governance and protection in RHSO.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

1. Digital engagement with HSG CRM

· Establish a digital strategy for the residents in NUHS cluster using HSG CRM

The Postdoctoral Fellow will play a critical role in the development of the Centre’s research to support health policy and services research in Singapore and the region, gaining the opportunity to work with leading experts and policy makers in the field. As well as conducting and disseminating research on health economics and equity through journal publications, the successful candidate will be expected to submit research grant proposals, perform research administration, mentor junior research staff, and be involved in capacity building through conducting workshops for local and regional participants and supporting relevant training activities (e.g. short courses, co-supervision of masters dissertation students). Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in Health Economics or a related quantitative field such as Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Technology Assessment, Pharmacy, or Public Health.

One promising strategy is the use of physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modelling to predict the local tissue and systemic exposure of these substances. We have developed in-house in vitro and in silico tools to model chemical absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion (ADME) in humans using data generated from in vitro assays. We apply these tools to predict pharmacokinetic profiles in different settings, ranging from oral or transdermal administration to studying special populations such as pregnant women, for a variety of substances including pharmaceuticals, food ingredients, environmental contaminants, essential micronutrients and microbial metabolites. These capabilities are further enhanced with state-of-the-art, enabling technologies such as the SHIME® intestinal digestion simulator and spatial mass spectrometry imaging.

· Identify the needs of prospects and extend professional advice and solutions to them.

Reporting to Manager, ILTC, the Position Holder will be responsible for engagement of Intermediate & Long Term Care (ILTC) providers and management of collaborations between NUHS and ILTC providers in the community to enhance care integration and delivery of care in the community.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

• Regular engagement with key account community partners to improve care integration and delivery of care in the community
• Management of feedback and issues with/from community care partners
• Keeping abreast of developments within ILTC and community care organisations
• Identifying opportunities for strategic collaborations with key partners to improve care integration and augment community care
• Management of collaborations/initiatives/projects to improve care integrations between NUHS and ILTC providers and/or augment community care
• Serving as workgroup/meeting secretariat
• Supporting implementation of NUHS Population Health strategies and regional health plan

Requirements

• Good Class Degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Business Administration or related qualification
• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience, prior experience in community care or partnerships will be an advantage
• Experienced in project management and working with multiple stakeholders
• Possess confidence to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
• Good analytical and organization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Drive the growth of company revenue in conjunction with the international and local teams, working effectively with cross-functional internal teams.Be responsible for the sales target for Singapore, Malaysia as well as other ASEAN countries including but not limited to Brunei and Indonesia.
• Accelerate adoption of existing products and launch new ones in your markets.Work effectively and collaboratively to manage the distributors and logistics providers in the country to ensure brand and messaging consistency, effective sales coverage, clinical adoption, quality control and brand loyalty
• Develop new business partnerships that drive and accelerate business growth
• Identify, develop and maintain strong, collaborative, effective working relationships with key academic and community physicians as well as key opinion leaders to promote understanding, adoption, retention and loyalty for company’s novel technologies
• Identify and position leading healthcare professionals to present at scientific forums such as local, national, regional and international specialty society meetings or conferences and CME events at target institutions
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, client services, sales and medical
• In partnership with Management team, develop and execute the go to market strategy for your assigned region
• Develop partnerships with leading oncologists in targeted medical centers to create evidence to support adoption and access
• Support investigators requesting access to company’s services for clinical and economic evaluations e.g. Investigator Sponsored Trials, in-practice evaluationsConsult with Investigators on data collection, regulatory questions, and protocol development and execution
• Critically review and develop educational slides based on new publications and research findings, for approval by Medical Affairs and Marketing
• Facilitate meetings and scientific opportunities for the Chief Scientific and Medical Officers, that initiate and strengthen relationships with KOLs and other key physician influencers
• Attend priority international / national scientific congresses and summarise and report key findings
• Support on-site oral presentations, data reviews, and interactive education events for KOLs, also known as “deep dive” or “VIP” visits

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree, preferably in a scientific field of study
• Clinical expertise or 3 to 5 years of related experience in relevant specialties is highly desirable (Oncology targeted agents MKT/MSL experience preferred)
• Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant healthcare experience in the Oncology field (diagnostics MKT/MSL experience a plus)
• Demonstrated measurable revenue generation, sales expansion, and growth capabilities
• Strong relationships with oncologists; ability to hit the ground running on the first day
• Results oriented, independent, self-starter with superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills, excellent sales skills including listening, negotiating, and closing
• Open and flexible, eager to work in a team, enthusiastic and interested in sharing experiences and thoughts to achieve the company’s goals
• Ability to maintain an outstanding level of market, customer, distribution and product knowledge necessary to accomplish sales and marketing objectives
• Good knowledge of or has keen learning attitude for oncology, haematology, chemotherapeutics and targeted agents
• Strict adherence to relevant national codes of practice, company SOPs, laws and regulations
• Ability to engage in a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and indifferences while connecting client needs with company capabilities
• Comfortable dealing with C-suites (CEO, CFO)
• Keen understanding of the payor and reimbursement environment in the oncology and diagnostic space
• Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics for oncology and the evolving competitive landscape
