Job Purpose
The associate will support the digital analytics function within Customer and Digital. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Testing and Insights Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analysing various tests using Website Optimisation tools (AB tasty, Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO or similar) to optimize user experience and drive business goals. Additionally, you will leverage data-driven insights to enhance website performance and contribute to strategic decision-making.
The Job
The candidate will be expected to contribute in the following areas:
1. Test Planning and Execution:
· Develop and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments using VWO (Visual Website Optimizer) to improve website functionality and user engagement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into test hypotheses.
2. Data Analysis:
· Analyze test results to draw actionable insights and recommendations for improving conversion rates, user experience, and overall website performance.
· Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and trends effectively.
3. Continuous Optimization:
· Work proactively to identify areas of improvement on the website through ongoing analysis, feedback loops, and industry best practices.
· Collaborate with UX/UI designers and content owners to implement successful test outcomes.
4. Reporting:
· Generate regular reports on test performance, providing clear and concise information on key metrics and insights.
· Communicate results to stakeholders and leadership, offering recommendations for future testing strategies.
· Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
· Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
· Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Requirements
· At least 3 years’ experience and proven experience in conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing using to Website Optimisation tools (AB tasty, Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO or similar).
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Statistics, Business).
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations.
· Familiarity with testing and insights tools (AB tasty, Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO or similar)
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Strong communications skills, both written and spoken engaging both business and technical stakeholders
· Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for making necessary changes during testing.
· Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
· Certifications in VWO or related areas would be a plus.
· Experience in finance/insurance industry as well as stakeholder management is preferred
· High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
· Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
