• Answering telephone calls and attend to walk-ins and online enquiries
• Provide customer service, communicate and coordinate between customers and the sales/service team.
• Provide administrative support in Day-to-day projects & sales documentation including costing sheets/sales quotation/ delivery order/ invoices/ shipping documents & purchase order using ERP software
• Source for material and negotiate the best price
• Liaise with forwarders, schedule deliveries, arrange shipment of orders accordingly
• Maintaining credit control and liaising with accounts department
• Handle all aspect of project co-ordination work
• Any other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma in Business administration or related field
• Ability to exercise initiative, work independently, under pressure and a good team player
• Familiar with shipping terms and arrangements
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience sales/ procurement / logistics support
• Immediate availability or can start work within short notice will be of great advantage
