Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of indoor sales activities.
- Process sales orders, including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoicing.
- Professionally manage a high volume of inquiries and provide effective solutions to customer issues.
- Deliver exceptional support and customer service.
- Actively identify new sales opportunities through follow-up on inbound leads.
- Establish and maintain connections with key external customer contacts as required.
- Coordinate projects and support the lead manager to ensure projects are executed according to the agreed plan and remain on schedule.
- Liaise with internal teams, including Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of relevant reports and documents for tenders.
- Attend regular online and offline product training sessions arranged by vendors.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Preferred exposure to computer hardware, software, or maintenance contracts.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong telephone presence and exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Enthusiastic about developing consultative sales skills and contributing to the achievement of monthly targets.
- Enjoys interacting and communicating with people while maintaining strong relationships with IT Business Partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Remarks:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Location: Kaki Bukit.
