• Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze sales reports, presentations, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
  Conduct research and compile data for strategic initiatives.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Administrative Support: Assist the General Manager with daily administrative tasks, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  Prepare and organize meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Communication and Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between the General Manager, Sales Division, and other departments.
  Collaborate with Operations and Finance on internal workflows and processes.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• A university degree or equivalent in a Science-related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant sales support experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
