• Prepare and present periodic sales reports to the General Manager/Managing Director
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in sales in the engineering or technical industry.
• At least 3-5 years experience in supervisory or leadership role in sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate elite skincare products to the customers
• Guide customers through our service offering and promote product benefits
• Build and establish new customer prospects
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to indirectly boost sales, and ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Providing excellent customer service and support, including handling any after-sales issues, is an important part of this role.

Job Description

• Identify new prospects and generate new accounts to achieve trade sales targets
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and deliver excellent customer service
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s clientele
• Activating, retaining and developing clients and delivering on monthly sales targets
• Manage accounts through replying enquiries, timely fulfilment of orders and other administrative requirements
• Assist in planning and co-ordinating wine tastings or other wine events
• Effectively communicate product information to potential buyers
• Managing invoices and payments from clients
• Work closely with the admin & logistics team

Job Requirement:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience and with strong focus on service
• Pleasant personality and well groomed

• Wine knowledge is advantageous
