• Provide sales and business support to the team which include but not limited to:
• Handle incoming enquiries, prepare technical costing sheets, generate, and issue sales quotations/ contract and shipping documents.
• Responsible for order processing and coordinate shipment delivery.
• Liaise with Sales teams in various countries on sales / orders processing.
• Prepare contract review documents, new customer account creation, credit notes.
• Administrative support such as filing of sales documents to ensure audit compliance.
• Any other assignment as directed by immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in logistics or service provider background.
• Required Skill(s): MS office and SAP
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
