We are hiring a Sales Admin for a 1-year contract, to be outsourced to various companies!

Job Description:

· Manages procurement coordination with vendors for logistics and transportation services, equipment like gas detectors and protective equipment, leased vehicles, laboratory related management services, air-freighting samples

· 3rd party invoice processing

· Monitoring of sales pipelines, demand forecast

· Raise billings and manage billing accrual process

· Analysis of sales and billing performance

· To maintain sales contract and procurement contracts register

· Provide reminders to team 3 months ahead on expiring contracts pending for renewal

· Performing data entry duties with regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data

· Pull reports and information from company system, and provide data and guides to help the sales team

· Take sales information and puts it into an easily readable format

· Coordinate meeting logistics, including reserving conference rooms, equipment setup, flight & hotel bookings and creation of presentations.

· Compile and edit presentation details from multiple people and sources

· Manage financial administrative tasks related to corporate card use and expenses and manage accurate processing of departmental invoices

· Exercise judgment and make decisions to promote smooth workflow and prioritization

· Ensure that internal and external client demands are met

Requirements:

· Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, with a minimum 5 years working experience.

· Ability to work independently, and able to collaborate in a team.

· Approachable and demonstrates willingness to support.

· Clear communication skills (verbal and written) and able to manage interfaces with other departments.

· Organized, detail oriented, and has analytical abilities.

· Process oriented, adaptable, reliable and flexible.

· Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

· Prior experience in sales administration and proficiency in Microsoft CRM, SAP systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• To lead and supervise the team on each shift and ensure the company service standards are upheld
• Assist the Operations Manager to perform duties to execute marketing, operational plans, and any special restaurant functions·
• Able to handle guest feedback/complaints concerning food quality and service
• Ensure that the outlets adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
• Daily ensures the proper working condition of all outlet equipment and prepare equipment monitoring/defect list for repair and maintenance.
• Perform inventory and monitoring to ensure sufficient stocks supplies in restaurant/cafe for smooth operation
• Able to schedule and plan staffing/roster base on operational requirement of the outlet.
• Supervise and support the operations of at least two restaurants/café’s
• Able to function as customer relations and handle customer reservation system.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Min Diploma or equivalent to at least 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management
• BS Degree in Business Administration; Hospitality Management or Culinary background is a plus
• Certificate of Basic Food Hygiene Course
• Strong communication, good interpersonal and management skills
• Passionate in providing excellent management and customer oriented
• Able to work independently and lead the team
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS, InfoGenesis, etc.)
