• Prepare quotation and follow up with client closely.Provide customer service and answer sales enquiry to customers
• Provide administrative support where required, including arranging of shipment and assisting with data preparation.

Main Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients repairs and after-sales service
• Promoting luxury timepieces to customers
• Provide high standard of customer services to ensure the services meet and even exceed customers’ expectations
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professional manner
• Build long term relationship with customers
• Ensure that the security procedures are strictly followed
