Job Scope:

• Attend to sales calls and generate quotation for clients based on drawings
• Provide information to production team for fabrication to be carried out and completed by clients' requested deadline
• Track and take note of clients' requests/changes and arrange for rectification as required
• Verify completed jobs against drawings for issuing invoices to clients
• Any other responsibilities to ensure smooth and continuous flow of sale process

Requirements:

• Able to read and understand 3D drawings
• Good communication skills and customer service. Able to speak, read and write English and Chinese (for Chinese speaking clients)
• Able to multi task with good organizational skills
• Detail oriented, responsible, diligent, team player and good in problem solving
• Good time management, has sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel
