Following this period, you will undergo an additional six months of training as an Account Sales representative alongside a manager. Depending on your abilities, you will gradually take responsibility for managing both existing and new customer accounts independently after completing the training.

Customer visitations to build rapport.

Do up quotations and follow up.

Oversee & coordinate the project work awarded.

Follow up on documentations as required by Clients.

Size/duration of projects varies, could be 1 day to 4 months.

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale/retail packaging experience preferred
• Preferably with experience in wholesale/retail packaging and good knowledge in Wholesale trade products (fruits & vegetables) distributions through various channels
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, and put in place measures to retain a great team.
• 2A/2B/Class 3 compulsory. Preferably posses own transport. (Required to travel from time to time)
• Willing to do rotating shift work and able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.
• Must be willing to work on weekends/PH. (Strictly off on week days)
• Field work required. Need to do delivery if driver is off / medical leave or urgency of goods when required
• Preferably bilingual to liaise with Indian speaking suppliers and vendors in view of working/business environment communication
