Requirements:

• Possess Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business Management / GCE ‘A’ Level / GCE ‘O’ Level
• Strong Organization Skills
• Good Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills, Adaptable and a Team Player
• Computer Proficiency including the knowledge of Pivoting Table is an advantage
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or related role would be beneficial.
• Fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and systems

• Knowledge in CNC machining will be added advantage.
• Good Communication & interpersonal skills.
• Develop new business clients, maintaining existing customer relationships and execute sales strategies.
• Respond to enquiries, follow up, provide technical solution to clients on co's products & services.
• Review customers enquiries & quotation.
• Achieve corporate sale targets.

Job Scope:

• Manage customer hotline
• Perform data entry for general retail sales orders
• Order and delivery arrangement for both customers and sponsorships
• Facilitate bulk water deliveries and empty bottles collections
• Daily inventory report and management
• Assist sales representatives with their claim submissions
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Able to manage high volume of invoices
• Proficient in MS Office
