Job Description

• To provide the quotation to the customer and purchase the good from the supplier
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through varying modes of communication
• Monitor delivery time, stocks, and goods on order
• Forecast market requirements
• Ensure orders are timely processed and delivered to customers
• To provide good service to all customers and help them solve the problem relative to the company’s products for the customers

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in a trading company, preferably in in-house sales/marketing
• Good attitude and strong communication
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Working hours:

• Monday - Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm)
• Saturday (8.30 am to 3.00 pm)

• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports to track sales progress towards goals.
• Collaborate with marketing department and product manager to develop sales tactics, promotional material, and products offering.
• Develop and execute strategic sales strategies to achieve sales budget and expand market share in sales channels.
• Monitor sales and GP to ensure profitability at company level.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to drive business growth.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts(value), and sales report to senior management.
• Providing sell-in and sell-out data to ensure good monitoring of inventory management.
• Build good rapport with customers to ensure good business opportunities.
• Monitor A&P spending and performance regular updates to keep track of amount spend.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the SBU Head.
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field.
• Proven track record of successful B2B sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Duties:

• Grow and develop a new base of specifiers and business opportunities.
• Assist in creating key tools to boost sales and market presence.
• Influence architects and specifiers to develop exclusive specifications for our systems.
• Maintain close relationships with R&D and Technical departments on specification-related matters.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of sales experience.
• Comfortable for both indoor and outdoor sales.
