Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Ensure opening and closing of facilities from Mondays to Saturdays.
2. Conduct daily routine checks of all Moberly Block facilities and equipment. These include alarm systems, lightings, aircons & equipment, etc.
3. Oversee the cleanliness of the facilities, breakdown matters or access card system.
4. Monitor the proper usage of facilities and equipment & arrange for maintenance or repair works when needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurately handling data entry tasks, creating job records, and managing billing processes.
• Communicate effectively with different departments and customers to ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Thoroughly verify calculations and match contract details to ensure accuracy in agreed rates and chargeable weights.
• Ensure timely creation and updating of ad-hoc shipment records to facilitate smooth operations.
• Maintain accuracy in all tasks to minimize disputes and discrepancies in billing and documentation.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.
• Handle any additional duties or tasks assigned by management to support departmental goals and objectives..
