Job Description & Requirements

Jobscope

• Handles sales enquiries, follow up and close deals.
• Execute, Implement marketing plans and strategies.
• Coordinate properties viewing arrangement with current tenants and potential clients and showcase property features to potential clients.
• Prepares sales documents (quotation, service agreement and invoice) to be vetted by Senior Executive before forwarding to clients. To follow up on timely payment from Client.
• Coordinate guests check in/0ut process with other relevant departments.
• Handles clients complaint and feedback. Target to resolve issues raised, with consultation with superior in order to maintain exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with corporate or individual clients, travel agencies, an other key stakeholders to secure business partneship.
• Monitor market trends, other competitor activities.
• Update and monitor social medial platform and OTA/booking platforms.
• Monitor and manges froom inventory and prices to optimize occupancy and revenue
• Assists with operational exigencies and longer work hours my be required from time to tome.

Job Description:

· Handle and maintain full set of accounts

· Responsible for month and closing process

· Perform timely month end financial closing and management reporting

· Process all purchase invoices (trade and non trade) and supplier payments on a timely basis

· Handle issue PO and liaise with supplier on the ETA

· Handle invoice financing and liaise with banker on the Trust Receipt settlement etc

· Handle receipts and generating month end SOA for customers

· Handle month end inventory reconciliation

· Handle inter-co reconciliation

· Handle monthly GST submission

· Prepare relevant audit schedules

· Liase with external auditors

· Perform adhoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

· Minimum a Degree holder in Accountancy/ Partial ACCA

· Minimum 2-3 years of working experience

· Good communication skill

· A strong work ethic, indepent, quick leaner, positive attitude, and genuine desire to learn

· ERP system knowledge is preferred (Multi currency & inventory module)

· Able to multitask

Job Details:

• Basic Salary: $2,500 + High Commission

• Location: One of the bank branches you will be stationed in.

• 6 working days (But may only need to work a half day on Saturdays) – 11AM to 7PM or 10AM to 6PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote sales of financial institution credit cards and personal loans to clients based on their needs.

• Follow up with customers regarding their application
