▪ Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize marketing strategies for continuous improvement.
▪ Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
2. Chinese Partnerships
▪ Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with relevant brands, influencers, and platforms to expand our reach and customer base.
▪ Collaborate with external partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns that drive mutual growth and brand visibility.
3.Chinse KOLs (Key Opinion Leader) Management
▪ Identify, engage and manage KOLs and influencers who align with our brand ethos and target audience.
▪ Develop and execute KOLs marketing strategies, including content collaborations, sponsored posts, and ambassadorships.

Track and report on KOLs campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve marketing goals
Requirements
▪ Experience in Chinese negotiating partnerships, managing affiliate programs and executing influencer marketing campaigns will be advantageous.
▪ Self-starter with strong project management skills, able to work independently yet effectively in a fast-paced environment.
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
▪ Detail-oriented in order to ensure timeliness and accuracy of all communications.
