Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager at Precept Global Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our PET resin business. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to expand our market presence globally. This position requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of international trade and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
-Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape in the PET resin industry.
-Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to secure new business deals.
-Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business development plans to achieve company targets and expand market share within PET market.
-Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients and suppliers to secure favorable terms and close profitable deals.
-Collaboration: Work closely within the team , to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
-Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications:
-Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
-Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or international trade, preferably in the PET resin or related industry.
