Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic upselling and revenue improvement plans to revitalize the Chubb brand within key accounts, focusing on security systems integration solutions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to enhance the Chubb brand presence.
· Guide Salespersons on fulfilling clients’ expectations and drive hand in hand, pipeline generation
· Conduct market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and trends within the security systems integration industry, aligning them with Chubb's strengths.
· Collaborate with the management team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials that highlight Chubb's value proposition for key accounts.
· Lead negotiations and contract discussions with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that reinforce Chubb's position as a trusted security systems integrator.
· Identify and pursue new business prospects within the key accounts, expanding Chubb's footprint and revenue streams in the security systems integration market.
· Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of Chubb brand revitalization efforts, including key wins, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.
· Stay informed about industry regulations, technological advancements, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain Chubb's competitive edge.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of security systems integration solutions.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
· Proven experience in business development, with a focus on security systems integration or a related industry.
· Strong understanding of the Chubb brand and its historical significance within the security solutions market.
· Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and successfully manage key accounts.
