Job Description:
You will assist Senior Finance Manager (Finance Digitalisation) as a Finance user representative to support:
1. The integration of financial records from revenue systems to Workday.
2. Implementation of Central ePayment Gateway.
3. System migration activities.
4. Follow up on system integration issues.
5. Finance digitalisation / automation projects.
The role requires candidates to:
Ā· Understand the specification of integration templates including data field definition and their corresponding values.
Ā· Gather Finance user requirements through process walkthrough and review.
Ā· Participate in process change workshops and collaborate with users on new requirements.
Ā· Work with system vendors & IT representatives to ensure all requirements are fully and accurately documented.
Ā· Work with Finance and other departments to ensure comprehensive coverage of test scenarios. Perform user acceptance testing.
Ā· Liaise with system vendors and IT representatives on the result and re-testing.
Ā· Coordinate and participate in migration and go-live activities.
Ā· Follow up with vendors and IT representatives to resolve production integration issues reported by Finance users
Working Arrangement:
Location: JEM
Working Hours:
42 hours/week, Monday to Friday
8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon ā Thurs)
8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)
Salary: $13.50/H
Role Requirements:
Ā· Passionate about process improvement, optimisation and automation.
Ā· Preferably have 3 ā 5 yearsā experience working in ERP implementation project especially on user requirements gathering and testing of IT systems.
Ā· Preferably a degree or diploma in Information Technology or Accountancy related areas.
Ā· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ā· Able to work independently and effectively in a team to achieve results.
Ā· Able to identify existing process constraint and put forth improvement to user.
