- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accounts Receivable
  • Generate customer invoices, credit/debit note and posting entries in the eTeams.
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities against assigned credit limit/term.
  • Involve in the billing settlement and reconciliation for the invoices.
  • Investigate billing discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Highlight potential debt recovery issues and suggest solutions to recover debts including legal proceedings.
  • Mediate and resolve invoice disputes.
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders in monitoring collections and resolving customer payment issues with regular meetings or discussions.
• Reporting
  • Reconciliation and analysis of aging report.
  • Analyze customers payment performance and check for potential credit risks to mitigate potential payment defaults.
• Process and Systems Improvement
  • Ensure proper documentation of new operational processes and workflows.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline existing credit control processes and improve efficiencies through a better utilization of automated systems.
• Zendesk support
  • Ensure timely response to queries received from Zendesk platform.
• Other duties
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned.

• Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous relevant work experience in education sector will be advantageous, specifically Billing management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Office Administration.
• Experience with handling SkillsFuture claims and refunds for participants will be advantageous.
• Experience with process improvement projects.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to create reports and interpret data with both in-house application systems and SAP systems.
• Strong organisational skills; is meticulous and has an eye for detail.

We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant (Regional), to join our Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Enterprise Sales & Solutions team, leading our Regional sales program and playing a lead role in the operations of our global sales program. In partnership with GWS Enterprise and Sector leadership, this individual will be responsible for formulating and implementing business development strategies based on the strategic directions and targets of the business. The Senior Sales Consultant (Regional), will lead business development programs and initiatives and be accountable for the deliverables and outcomes. This role will be responsible for win, keep and grow activities in integrated Real Estate and Facilities Management outsourcing pursuits, and will lead interactions in a client-facing role in large, regional, and global pursuits, renewals and expansions. This role will have two primary areas of focus:

1. Lead our Regional Sales & Solutions team, being accountable for the regional sales target as well as leading a selection of new business opportunities individually.

Qualifications
