Position: Full-Time Sales Specialist (Salary shown is including basic + sales commission)

Core Responsibility:

Your primary goal is to meet or exceed monthly sales targets, and you won’t be doing it alone. Our dedicated team is committed to helping you succeed.

Key Job Functions:

• Address customer inquiries regarding Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs) requirements and hiring processes.
• Conduct interviews with potential MDWs at our overseas training centers.
• Shortlist MDWs based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate customer interviews.
• Manage customer communications through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Handle after-sales service issues for both customers and MDWs.
• Follow through on closed deals and manage part of the hiring process and logistics.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong drive and desire to succeed
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy or a willingness to learn
• Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, and WhatsApp Web
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
• CEI certification and experience in a related field are preferred but not required
• Singaporean / Singapore PR / Malaysian / LTVP only

What will you be doing?

• Conduct workshops and lead discussions with stakeholders on business requirements
• Perform feasibility studies and fit or gap analysis on the customer’s requirements
• Liaise with subject matter experts for the design of solutions and creation of functional specifications based on customer requirements
• Perform system configuration and documentation
• Perform unit testing and coordinate system integration testing with external parties
• Coordinate and assist the customer during user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Manage and review documentation according to guidelines for the deliverables (test scripts, release notes, user training documents etc.)
• Conduct user training which includes preparation of the training documents
• Provide support for cut-over activities during system go-live
• Provide go-live support during the production stability period
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal support for the smooth transition from project to support phase
• Assist in other ad-hoc project activities with assigned project manager
• Perform ad hoc tasks not limited to the list of responsibilities mentioned above
• To follow all company business operation and SOP at all times
• Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve Company's KPIs, ISO 14001 objectives and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts or unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly
• Maintain high standard of housekeeping at all times

What qualifications and/or experience should you have?

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocom Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline
• 3 – 5 years of experience in the relevant field

• To assist sales team with paperwork, filing and admin tasks
• Issuance of job sheets, Delivery Orders and Invoices
• Keep track and record of paperwork
• Disseminating information received from sales to the necessary departments
• Issuance of schedule papers for teams
• Working closely with the team to keep track of job progress and draft out reports for clients
• Familiar with using office software (Eg: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Other administrative tasks

• S$3,500 Higher + Attractive Incentive + Monthly Transport Allowances + VB + AWS
• 5 days work week

Our client who is focused on foodservice, the business comprises a mix of well-established leading and rapidly growing market positions is looking for suitable candidates to join their growing business as Sales Executive (Food Service)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify new business opportunities and execute sales strategy to secure new customers
• Maintain good customer relationship with customer to increase sales growth
• Attend to customer enquiries/ issues and resolve in a timely manner
• Achieve monthly sales target as KPI set
• Work closely with the Sales Manager, Executive Chef, Procurement, Brand and Marketing team on the various branding development and marketing support for different customers based on their requirements
• Develop professional rapport with the customers and build positive brand loyalty
• Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition
• Canvassing new potential customers via cold calling, networking etc
• Collaborate with brand and marketing team to perform market research to understand the various trends, competitive analysis
• Possess good product knowledge in the foodservice industry

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of Sales Experience in Food industry or relevant
• Minimum Diploma education level
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

• Working hours : · Monday - Friday : 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary :S$3,500 Higher /Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
