ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Coordinate and liaise with principals, suppliers, customers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.

· Prepare, process, and handle Tradenet permit declarations for the import and export of shipments.

· Oversee and track orders to ensure timely deliveries and monitor inventory levels as directed by management.

Implementing the Ferrari strategies and sales operational plans in the Korea Market, coordinating the activities of all dealership business in the specific areas of Sales, Pre-owned, Financial Services.

Develop and support the Ferrari Korea Dealer Network to operate within key guidelines (Ferrari Dealer Operating Standards) to ensure corporate compliance and commercial objectives are achieved, as well as ensure professional representation of the Ferrari brand.

Work closely with dealers, internal teams and as well as external customers to achieve the sales quantitative and qualitative targets.

II. Primary Responsibilities (key areas of responsibilities in details; sales operations)

• Manage regional dealers sale efforts to meet sales strategy and objectives;
• Monitor dealers’ daily commercial activities to comply with Ferrari Korea’s commercial policy, including orders; deliveries, pricing, territory, demo car policy, and other related items;
• Ensure that dealers in the region accomplish and follow up on orders and sales plans (NOI /CCF/Stock/Used Car) in accordance with Korea’s strategy and commercial targets;

The Regional New Business Development team is responsible for growing the acceptance and usage of Cybersource throughout the Asia Pacific (AP) region.
