As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implement an effective action plan for Broadcaster (Content Takers) and small to medium federations (Content Owners) in Asia.
• Detect new customers, leads and markets
• Identify potential decision makers within the client organization and build relationships
• Negotiate sales with high level management in customers’ organization
• Participate in pricing the solution/service with support of the presales department
• Working with the marketing and product development teams to develop and manage an up-to-date understanding of the Broadcaster, Sports Federation and Sports Agency ecosystem using the information to consider the implications for existing and new customers
• Undertake first level research to understand the business and project drivers of the industry, customers and potential opportunities.
• Be able to take the lead and ensure a robust client relationships management strategy/delivery.
• Engage with sectors and customers to anticipate potential business opportunities and implement actions that will position the organization with differentiated advantage.

Requirements:

• Between 5 – 10 years of experience in financial and commercial acumen.
• Strong understanding of the Broadcast Live Sports Ecosystem
• Has demonstrated understanding of company's business model and products’ portfolio.
• Prepares sales forecasts and budgets, reviews, monitors sales performance periodically, and refines sales strategies as required in discussion within the Head of Sales.
• Has demonstrated general leadership ability.
• Acts in a consultancy capacity with other departments.
• Works closely with marketing counterparts and creates collaborative environment for enhancing sales growth globally.
• Provides Project support across the organization.
• May coach other team members on the technical aspects of ’organization's product and services, sales techniques specific to this market segment, procedures and standards that will help them achieve the company’s sales objectives.

JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop attractive visual content for emailer campaigns and ads for all brands
• Develop & manage attractive campaigns & manage promotional collaterals to boost sales, as well as drive traffic to website and social media platforms
• Assist with menu changes and design updates
  developing a compelling and engaging social media content calendar for the Group’s social media platforms, as well as exploring other potential platforms for greater online engagement and visibility.
• Monitor and collate data of all digital marketing platforms (social media and websites Google Analytics) i.e. number of impressions, unique visits, number of followers, link clicks, weekly sales, etc.
• Identify digital marketing trends and market activities
• Support the maintenance & updates of all marketing design collateral, in-house website platforms & eCommerce platforms e.g. Website, Chope, Oddle, etc
• Update website copy and promotional design collateral
• Organize and participate in Quarterly Promotions meetings and action plan post-meeting
• Other related tasks as and when assigned

• Carry out competitive analysis on our solutions, identify possible target customer segments where we should focus on and draw up marketing strategy.
• Resting on personal network as well as meticulous market analysis, have led sales promotion, campaign or seminar/webinar for new customer acquisition.
• Develop opportunities to obtain projects by working closely with technology and delivery team.
• Establish and manage strong client relationships and related stakeholders in the reference projects, and lead and drive the projects.
• Liaison with clients’ key stakeholders such as business, operations and impacted technology system team members for smooth project delivery as the sales rep.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years experiences of software solution industry.
• Minimum 5+ years experiences as sales representative for financial sector.
• Have experiences of customer engagements to deliver Enterprise Software package: Financial Accounting Solution (IFRS16), Enterprise Leasing and Loan Solution, Commodity trading and risk management, Treasury management, Loan management solution.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and Japanese.
• Professional level knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint to deliver powerful presentation to potential customers.
• Pro-active, independent and able to work in a multicultural team.
