• Contribute to OJT learning through sharing of good practices.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant HR experience with good understanding of various day-to-day HR operations, Employment Act and HR related legislations.
  Proficient in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word).
• Team player with good interpersonal and communications skills with ability to influence others.
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-changing environments.
• Experience in the healthcare sector and familiar with SuccessFactors HRIS will be an added advantage.
