Sales Administrator (Life Science)
Candidate should have the following qualifications:
· Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
· Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
· Pleasant personality with strong communication skills both written and verbal
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· A team player with high level of dedication
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to take initiative and prioritize
· Ability to work under strict deadlines
· Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
Job responsibilities
· Support sales in sales activities as a point of contact for customers with queries, quotations and in-house sales
· Maintain/implements customer Relationship management (CRM) and Logistics Database
· Miscellaneous administrative sales projects as needed
