Retail Sales position in a Hobby/Toy Shop operating with a POS system. Handling/Dealing with walk-in and regular customers on their requirements. To provide Basic first-line service/trouble shooting when there are issues with products sold. To acquire product knowledge over time in order to advise clients and provide recommendations and proposals. To make quotations to corporate clients and process their orders when received. To receive and process incoming goods and updating the POS system with new stock items. Job duties:

• Recommend new features or areas for improvements based on knowledge on business roadmap, product roadmap and technology trend for SAP, Finance.
