• Conceptualize the development and production of marketing collaterals including leaflets, posters, brochures, e-newsletters
• Assist with the design of corporate presentation and marketing materials

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in Adobe creative suite ie. Illustrator, Photoshop, PremierPro etc
• Must be fluent in both spoken and written English, an addition of a fluent second language will be an advantage
• Ability to compile clear, compelling and creative communications materials
• Demonstrate outstanding time management, organizational and follow-up skills
• A team player with the ability to multi-task
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a recognized degree or diploma in Marketing
• Preferably be able to work 5 days per week for a duration of 6 to 9 months
• Available to start work in February 2024

KEY ROLE(S), RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
• Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
• Analyse and recommend strategies to improve revenue and market shares.
• Analyse and present sales data to the management team and provide insights of the business.
• Prepare Competitor’s Analysis
• Provide analysis on members’ database to provide insights on consumer’s trend.
• Preparation of Management Reports.
• Other Ad-hoc duties.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge in SQL
