• Prepare and manage marketing plan for product, service, idea or event
• Develop and coordinate promotional as well as collateral materials like brochures, videos, binders etc.
• Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Drive customer acquisition through online marketing campaigns
• Provide marketing support for client development, pre-positioning and proposal support for priority pursuits
• Be client-facing and be accountable for deliverables to clients within agreed timeline
• Foster and manage positive customer relationships
• Oversee and prepare marketing budgets
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing
• Extensive experience in sales, marketing, advertising, and brand management will be preferred
• Experience in website design and content development; experience in copywriting preferred
• Digital marketing/advertising expertise preferred
• Experience crafting spreadsheets and other data collection/presentation methods
• Extensive knowledge of current and relevant markets preferred
• Stellar written and oral communication skills

Job Responsibilities

- Accountable to achieve sales objectives and targets

o Strive to meet individual sales goals and KPIs for individual assigned territory and product line

o Manage pre-sales and post sales product and customer support

o Manage new and existing accounts by implementing sales strategies and tactics

o Make a defined number of calls per day to clinics, hospitals and polyclinics (ie detailing)

o Drive listing of new products in clinics, hospitals and polyclinics

o Provide accurate information to clients/customers for product understanding and usage

o Timely submission of daily call and sales performance forecast and reports

- Manage sales activities and events

o Organize group-selling activities (GSA) and blitz promotions in the market

o Participate in events organised by company or supplier

- Account management and development

o Acquire product knowledge through product training and self-reading time to time

o Understand and communicate the needs and expectations of the clients to ensure to meet and exceed client expectations.

o Identify business leads and opportunities through quality follow-up or networking to have continuous growth

o Record all sales activities and market intelligence within relevant report on daily basis.

o Undertake monthly analysis of sales and implement action to ensure achievement within agreed parameters

o Build and maintain good rapport with key opinion leaders, doctors and supplier

o Keep abreast of key market developments and potential impact on sales and performances

o Gather intelligence and share feedback on sales performances, customers, market and competitors

- Product detailing and demonstration to create GC brand awareness and new users

- Manage social media i.e. Facebook account page for GC Singapore and etc, to create GC brand awareness

- Participate in ad hoc projects as required by Management

Job Requirements:

- 2 to 3 years in Dental Consumables Sales

- Must possess own vehicle (with license)

- Good command of English & Mandarin

The Role

As a Brand / Senior Brand Marketing Executive (Brand Activations, Partnerships), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving consumer awareness of our brand, and ensuring we are the top-of-mind education brand in Singapore! You’ll develop and oversee our brand activations and partnerships strategy in an end-to-end fashion, from conceptualisation, planning, to implementation. A Day in the Life at MS

• Brand strategy and development: Collaborate with the marketing team to refine our brand identity and story, and devise methods to amplify our brand. Ensure that our brand stays consistent across marketing campaigns and channels
• Brand campaigns and activations: Conceptualise, plan, and execute innovative and compelling brand-led campaigns and marketing activations for our brand across multiple marketing touchpoints to stay as the top-of-mind education brand in Singapore. This includes events planning and management for these campaigns/activations!
• Community building and engagement: Conceptualise, plan, and execute engaging community engagement initiatives to increase brand love and customer loyalty to our brand.
• Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with brand and strategic partners, brainstorm and execute on interesting collaboration ideas to further grow our brand reach.
• Analytics and insights: Leverage analytics tools to meticulously track and analyse key performance metrics for our brand marketing campaigns. Transform insights into actionable recommendations to optimise and refine our brand marketing strategies.
• Market research: Stay on top of current consumer trends, consumer preferences, social issues, industry and competitor trends, and identify creative, novel, and original brand-led campaigns.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, business, creative, and other teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment to business objectives.

What You Bring to the Table

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in brand management, event planning, and/or marketing and communication.
• Possess a degree from top university in business, marketing, or other relevant fields.
• Passionate and has a creative flair for marketing and storytelling.
• Solid hands-on experience on planning end-to-end brand marketing campaigns that were successful, innovative, and drove business impact!
• Social-media and tech savvy, and is creative in conceptualising brand campaigns that speak to customers, yet analytical in terms of tracking performance.
• Strongly attuned to understanding customers, have deep understanding of consumer trends, with a particular emphasis on 25-40 year old millennial parents, and passionate about delivering superb customer experiences.
• Excellent command of the English language in terms of writing, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
