Sales Manager Requirements and skills

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

Business Development Manager will play a critical role in helping us to grow "Digital IT services and technology talent management services" revenue from targeted industry sectors by new client acquisitions and thereafter, growing the client services portfolio.

• Take ownership and implement the agreed-upon strategy to boost Digital IT services and technology talent management service revenue, in line with the business potential of the targeted segments.
• Identify new opportunities through referrals, networking, social media, internet research, sales leads, direct contact, and involvement in the RFP/tendering process.
• Initiate connections with prospects and engage with key stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit proposals in response to RFPs/tenders, presenting information about our services.
• Employ business development strategies to secure new business and foster growth.
• Proactively forge new client partnerships within targeted accounts, including organizational chart development.
• Leverage strategic industry/market analysis, internal communication, external promotions, and thorough client analysis to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Create opportunities to present our value proposition to senior executives and management-level contacts.
• Regularly update and maintain client information in accordance with Sciente standards/process.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree or diploma in IT/Finance/Business coupled with a flair for sales and business development.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Sales/Business Development in new client acquisitions.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT services is needed.
• We are seeking an individual who is focused, disciplined, and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities to achieve desired results within specified deadlines.
• Proficiency in communication, interpersonal skills, presentation, and people management is crucial for success in this role.
