Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the repair and maintenance of computer hardware, data processing equipment, and computer peripherals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the technology repair and maintenance sector.

Responsibilities:

2. Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base and market presence in the technology repair and maintenance sector.

3. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns to enhance customer loyalty.

4. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to make informed decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

5. Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals for repair and maintenance services.

6. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

7. Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

· Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience in sales management within the technology or repair and maintenance industry.

· Strong understanding of computer hardware, data processing equipment, and peripherals.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prepare materials for planning meetings

Job Responsibilities:

1. Engage members and accountancy community on engagement initiatives:

• Liaising party to engage members on GEMS engagement activities

2. Key team member on marketing and publicity efforts to drive registrations for member engagement events:

• Develop content for social media posting
• Design marketing collaterals
• Corporate website update and maintenance
• Marketing and outreach for related events

Job Requirement:
