The ideal candidate will spearhead our social media management and content creation, with the primary goal of building organic content to enhance brand visibility, awareness and engagement to drive sign-ups. You will work closely with the our core team to drive end-to-end development and execution of our social media strategy, creating organic content that aligns with our mission to make digital literacy for young children accessible, relatable, fun and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy: Work with the core team to develop the overarching social media strategy.
• Social Media Management: Develop, manage and execute our social media content strategy across platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging posts, graphics, and short videos to drive engagement.
• Audience Engagement: Build and nurture an online community by responding to comments, messages, and interacting with followers in a timely manner.
• Campaign Planning: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and events to drive course sign-ups.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
• Performance Analysis: Track and report social media metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Diploma and above in business, marketing, design or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in social media management and content creation. Fresh graduates with relevant experience may apply as well.
• Avid user of social media (Facebook, Instagram, Lemon8, TikTok etc.) - understanding current trends and best practises
• Experience with graphic design tools (primarily Canva, experience with Adobe is a plus)
• Ability to work independantly, not afraid to ask questions and share your thoughts openly
• Not afraid to fail

The Team

Our Corporate Finance team is focused on assisting diverse client base with their M&A and capital raising requirements. Associate role provides significant opportunities to advance career growth and increase exposure to diverse transactions and sectors. Role provides opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with other GT advisory teams across Singapore and region.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing detailed financial analysis and modeling for M&A and capital raising transactions.
• Conduct company valuations using various methods, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
• Prepare pitch decks, proposals, presentations, and investment memorandums for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support due diligence processes by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data
• Conduct company, industry, market and valuation research
• Assist leaders in executing corporate finance transactions, including coordinating with clients, investors and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• For Associate, at least 1 year of M&A and/or capital raising deal experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial consulting
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency with valuation techniques
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily store operations to achieve store sales.
• Provides excellent customer service with good maintenance of shopping environment.
• Identifies and handles customers' inquiries and concerns in accordance to company and airport (refund) policy.
• Engage and capitalize in upselling and cross-selling to customers.
• Operates POS cash register and handles various payment mode with accuracy and speed to avoid delays to customers' departure timing.
• Ensure that store presentation is well maintained with store replenishment and clean fixtures.
• Assist in sales plans execution and participation in conjunction of marketing events and promotion programs.
• Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE "O" Level with at least 2 years of relevant experience in retail
• Comfortable working at Changi Airport on retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Passionate about customer service and sales oriented
• Possess basic computer skills

• Manage the Influencer strategy through gifting, events and activations, and social content.
• Handle the development and performance of influencer marketing campaigns across social and offline channels.
• Build-up the growing Influencer team, optimizing and scaling the existing programs, work closely with the in-house Creative team to drive impact across all social channels.
• Establish and build relationships with key industry partners on social platforms.

Requirements:

• Degree and above
• At least 5 years of influencer marketing, social media experience in the E-Commerce, Fashion/Retail industry.
• Skilled in leading social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and understands digital marketing trends.
