Description:

Oversees, manages, and steers all demand planning activities for customers across a range of SKUs and product categories and thereby coordinates cross-functional inputs from sales and marketing and other sources to ensure optimized service levels and efficient inventory management.

Manage escalation of potential supply interruption & its supply allocation within the ROPU.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Manage replenishment planning activities within the ROPU by:

Objectives of the Position

Main Tasks:

Plan to Strategy (P2S)

Co-develop and implement procurement strategies for logistics services, to achieve operational excellence, optimal cost, and terms, for internal Business Partners, including production and logistics sites in the Country.

Included activities:

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing strategic plans to elevate airfreight operations, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.
• Supervising day-to-day airfreight import and export operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Driving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness through process optimization initiatives.

• Tracking and reporting on electronic Air Waybill (E-AWB), FWB/FHL, and operational automation KPIs.
• Working cross-functionally to develop and execute a robust pricing strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in air freight operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing airfreight import and export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
