The primary responsibility of the Delivery Driver is to transport goods safely and efficiently from the point of origin to the designated destination. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Tallies & loads required items for delivery onto delivery transport
• Ensure timely deliveries by planning efficient routes, adhering to schedules, and promptly addressing any unexpected delays or challenges.
• Maintains accurate delivery logs and records, collects and verifies delivery instructions, and promptly report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries by communicating effectively with customers and promptly addressing any concerns
• Coordinate deliveries and maintain smooth operations by working collaboratively with warehouse, logistics teams, and other departments.
• Conduct routine checks on the delivery vehicle, report maintenance or repair needs promptly, and adhere to scheduled maintenance appointments to keep the vehicle in good working condition.
• Assist and support warehouse duties to ensure overall operational efficiency.

The Role

• Deliver volume forecast, key forecast changes and risks & opportunities for the business
• Monitor KPIs and perform root cause analysis
• Overall ownership and accountability for the business volume forecast process
• Develop and drive action plans to improve forecast accuracy and build sustainable demand planning capability (people, process, and system)
• Build bench strength within the team
• Lead and provide direction to a team of Demand Planning executive on resolving Demand planning related and allocation
• Manage introduction of new products, new supply chain and new initiative forecast.
• Work with regional and local commercial /marketing team to incorporate SEA category development into the overall initiative design and ensure initiative readiness
• Develop phase-in and phase-out strategy working with commercial team, and define clearance plan with commercial team
• Provide insights on safety stock factor adjustment based on the demand variability

About You

• Degree holder in Business related preferably majoring in Supply Chain, Logistics Management
• Minimum 5 - 10 years work experience in similar capacity
• Advanced level in MS Excel and other MS office applications
• Strong analytical capability, good negotiation and planning skill
• Good understanding on data and how that leads to impact decisions
• Possess good understanding of supply chain concepts, statistical forecasting and related processes
• Understands DC operational routines
• Strong in Project Management (will be involved in Projects)
• Experience in managing suppliers

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for timely delivery of goods to various locations

- Assist customers with any require value-added services at delivery

- Responsible for the housekeeping of the vehicle assigned

- Responsible for checking/sending the correct quantity of goods to the customers as per invoice.

Requirements:

- Valid Singapore Class 4 driving license

- At least 2 years driving experience in Singapore

- Able to carry heavy loads (up to 25kg)

- Forlift licence is a must for this position

- 6 days work a week

• Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods
• Pack and load products onto trucks according to company’s specifications.
• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
• Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher
• Unload goods as per client specifications
• Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
• Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

Requirement:

• Valid driver's license issued by the state where you intend to work.

The Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the retail landscape and make an impact on the success of the business. The candidate will be work closely with our retail leadership, commercial, supply partners, and logistics team to ensure that our customers have improved on shelf availability, as well as utilizing analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement and report on key performance indicators to help guide decision making. The key responsibilities are as follows:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasting models to accurately predict product demand
• Effectively build the promotion uplifts and manage trend, and seasonality with respect to the DFI Banner stores
• Collaborate with commercial, category and vendors to ensure the timely availability of products
• Create the supply planning in collaboration with the supply partner and monitor inventory levels and adjust replenishment orders as needed
• Analyze data and use it to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvement
• Participate in the development and implementation of inventory management strategies
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and demand forecasts
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as fill rate and inventory accuracy
• Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, and/or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supply chain/demand planning role
• Proficiency in demand forecasting and inventory management skills, systems knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI or Data Query/Analytics
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
