• Monitor market conditions and competitor activities and products, analysis and recommend strategies to counteract to improve sales
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, compliments and complaints to improve customer’s experience.
• Provide coaching and feedback to help improve selling skills and customer service.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in any Business Discipline or equivalent.
• 5 years of related working experience, preferably with strong automotive sales records and possesses strong sales flair
• Leadership and Sales management skills

• Working Location: West & multiple locations

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate the Company’s truck to collect and transport waste.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and practice safe driving techniques
• Follow all regulations governing the transportation of hazardous liquids/chemicals on public roads
• Securely lash containers, bins, drums, etc., to the truck before departure.
• Perform daily maintenance checks, inspection schedules on the Company’s trucks
• Keep track of the validity dates of road tax and vehicle insurance policies
• Assist in waste collection from clients’ premises.
• Aid in unloading, segregating, and storing waste.
• Adhere to all plant safety regulations and observe safe work practices while carrying out the above duties.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Possess class 4 / 5 driving license
• Fluent in English language (written and spoken)
