• Assisting RMs with credit and marketing tasks, including account opening, KYC review, financial spreadsheet preparation, data input, monitoring credit conditions, managing loan drawdown/rollover, overseeing post-loan monitoring, handling daily operational and administrative responsibilities.
• Effectively handles client inquiries while overseeing the portfolios of MNCs.
• Assisting with internal reporting and data consolidation.
• Performing any additional ad hoc duties as assigned.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Banking / Business Studies.
• Minimum 1 year of ARM experience in Corporate Banking / Financial Institutions.
• Basic proficiency in Chinese is required to read documents, write emails and communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Job Scope

• Responsible for receiving, storing and distribution of materials and equipment within the warehouse
• Pick, Pack and Dispatch of goods and materials
• Managing all warehousing & inventory related functions
• Liaise with forwarding partners or customer appointed forwarders for dispatching of shipments
• Assist with Admin duty such as documentation where needed

Requirements

• Min GCE N/O Levels
• Previous working experience in warehouse is a plus
• Computer literate
