Adecco is partnering with a global leader in the robotics manufacturing and warehouse automation
The Job:
- Sales Plan Development
Create and implement a comprehensive territory sales plan, identifying target accounts for focused outreach and growth.
- Partner Growth Strategy
Devise and execute strategies to foster growth with partners, emphasizing both Sell-To and Sell-Through approaches.
- Proactive Prospecting
Utilize various channels such as LinkedIn, exhibitions, and existing customer networks to generate sales leads, particularly within manufacturing, logistics, warehousing auotomation.
- Market Understanding and Solution Positioning
Develop a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and industries relevant to the product offerings, while effectively communicating the capabilities of company solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
The Talent:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or any releavnt technical discipline
- 4-5 years sales experience in Robotics Manufacturing (AGV, AMR, Robotics Arm, Cobot) for Logistics/Supply Chain or Warehouse Automation
