1.1 Scope of Service
a. Project Planning: Developing project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
b. Resource Management: Allocating resources, including personnel, time, and budget, to ensure project success.
c. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact project timelines and deliverables.
d. Stakeholder Communication: Engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and progress.
e. Quality Management: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.
f. Project Monitoring and Control: Tracking project progress, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
g. Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Estimating project costs, creating a budget, and allocating resources effectively to ensure project success within the allocated budget.
h. Documentation Management: Maintaining accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
1.2 Work Experience
a. Candidate shall have at least a Diploma, with at least five (5) years’ of IT Application PM experience and possess Certified Scrum Master certification.
b. PM with recent relevant experience in Vendor and Contract Management, Change Management / Service Request Management, Problem / Incident Management and project operations will be an added advantage.
c. PM with recent relevant experience in supporting Government Projects will be an added advantage.
1.3 Technical Skillset
a. PM with experience in supporting Salesforce, SaaS, CRM will be an added advantage.
b. PM with experience in Agile methodology will be an added advantage.
c. PM with relevant experience in AWS, APEX coding and DevOps will be an advantage.
1.4 General Skillset
a. PM with recent exposure in managing project budget, timeline as well as scope will be an added advantage.
b. PM with experience in supporting applications operations will be an added advantage.
c. PM with strong communication skills, good writing skills and analytic skillset will be an added advantage.
d. PM with relevant CRM domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
