Responsibilities:

1. Project Management and Delivery: You will be responsible for supporting product projects, including planning, implementation, and writing cutover plans, test reports, and completion documents. Later, you will manage operation and maintenance services.
2. Technical Training and Support: You will provide remote and on-site technical support and professional technical training to customers and partners.
3. Pre-sales Testing: You will conduct pre-sales testing of products and solutions according to customer needs.
4. Customer Relationship Maintenance: You will communicate and coordinate with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve goals.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, communications, or related majors, with more than 3 years of experience in data communications technology.
2. Familiar with mainstream products, including routing and switching, security, wireless, SDN, cloud computing, and other fields.
3. Proficient in basic theoretical knowledge of data communications, such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, etc. Applicants with experience in SDN and cloud network integration projects will be preferred.
4. Ability to plan industry network architecture and solutions. Applicants with HCIE/CCIE/PMP certificates are preferred, or equivalent technical capabilities.
5. High sense of responsibility and service awareness, excellent project management, communication and coordination skills, and the ability to withstand greater work pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for preparing, collecting, compiling, and communicating messages/advice and ensuring compliance with Government procurement policies and procedures.
2. Prepare and submit relevant documents on time to fulfill the tenders/project timeline.
3. Must attend to detailed specifications and ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Coordinate with appropriate parties, both internal (management and team) and external (government agencies, clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers), to achieve projects’ goals and eliminate information silos.

1. Manage multiple mega office relocation projects simultaneously.
2. Oversee assigned projects from planning, contract administration, site supervision, liaison with various stakeholders, government agencies, testing, and commissioning.
3. Ensure project completion within budget and on schedule.

Job Requirements:

1. A level or Diploma graduated in any discipline.

3. Relevant project and implementation management experience in China across major cities and experience in relocating mega projects with conglomerate MNCs.
4. Experience managing and installation of over 10,000,000 sq ft projects in major cities in China, Mongolia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Bangladesh.

4. Strategic thinking skills with a broad perspective of different issues.
5. Good English and Chinese communication skills (both written and verbal), negotiation, and influence skills as this position needs to present his/her solutions to the senior management team, who are primarily Chinese-speaking.
6. Ability to act as a change agent.
7. Proven knowledge of AI and its potential.
8. Be able to work as an individual contributor and report for duty before the end of Feb 2024.
