About the role

This position is for a Service Sales Representative, who is responsible for pursuing opportunities for quick turn projects to keep our customers operating effectively, supporting various Outside Sales activities and customer relationship management. Responsible for supporting the company's interests and establishing business relationships to enhance outside sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Establishes prospects and develops a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customer needs.
• Responsible for leveraging existing Service Agreement Customers / Non-Service Agreement Customer base for service repair / Upgrade opportunities.
• Aids in and supports business development activities for prospects within defined customer segment to support the business strategy.

About the role

This position is for a Service Manager (Technical Support) who supervises a team of entry to intermediate level Field Service professionals or supervisors of Field Service Technicians (Technical Support). About the role

This position is for an Engineering Assistant, managing day-to-day priorities, solving client issues received by the team. Optimizes manpower and resources, responds to complaints of customers, and escalates key issues to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Engineering Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:

Communicates and collaborates with services operations, EH&S management, and senior executive leadership within and outside EH&S on industry best practices while ensuring compliance. Also delivers EH&S performance and strategic plans in management review meetings and drives multiple EH&S initiatives for multiple lines of business.

As an Associate Director, EH&S Asia Services, you’ll be responsible for:

• Manages a dispersed team of country and regional EHS Managers across Asia.
