Job Description

You'll work closely with teammates to deliver cool high scale product features. You'll partner with your product owners, teammates and cross functional teams around the company to identify problems and build solutions that benefit all of FairPrice/NTUC engineers. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, optimization, and management of digital products and technologies within our supply chain. Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall supply chain goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable product initiatives.

Roadmap Planning and Execution:

• Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and stakeholder needs.
• Drive the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Engage with key stakeholders, including supply chain operations, IT, and executive leadership, to gather insights, feedback, thus identifying strategic opportunities in alignment with our business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to enhance collaboration and drive successful product outcomes.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and data analysts, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
• Provide guidance on technical aspects, ensuring alignment with supply chain requirements and IT best practices.

Product Lifecycle Management:

• Lead the implementation of digital products, including Supply Chain Management Software TMS, WMS and other relevant technologies
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Including the ability to prioritise key product features in the roadmap, based on business impact and value, especially with the “minimum viable product” iterative development mindset.
• Conduct regular assessments of product performance, track KPI’s, user feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Good understanding of Product delivery model – Business requirement documents, scenario planning, unit testing, UAT design and release management.

Education and Training

• Adoption of successful product implementation with internal training and education, deployment planning, sustain and support on ongoing basis.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with product development and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Supply Chain Management, IT or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Prior knowledge and minimum 8 years of proven experience in product management with a focus on supply chain and IT solutions.
• Candidates from solutions providers, e-commerce and/or consulting environments can be considered.
• Possess a strong understanding of the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain processes, technology trends and industry best practices.
• Experience in product management with the ability to integrate technical solutions into an operational environment to ensure a sustainable solution.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving successful product outcomes, from concept to implementation.
• Cross-disciplinary understanding of business functions (such as logistics, warehouse, fulfillment, accounting/ finance)

• Technical abilities – Good understanding on Analytical tools (SQL, Python), Product management tools (Jira, Confluence and Atlas), Design and ideation (Canvas, Figma) and DevOps tools like Bitbucket/ GitHub

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Applications Specialist to join our team (NTUC Health). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects and interfaces related to Finance, Budgeting and Forecasting, Procurement, Claims and HR systems, with a primary focus on SAP S4 Hana , SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (SAP BPC), SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF), SAP Business Intelligence (SAP BI) and Infor Expense Management (Infor XM) . This role is critical to ensuring the seamless integration, functionality, and optimization of these systems in alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Assist with the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP S4 Hana, SAP BPC, SAP SF, SAP BI and Infor XM for Finance, Procurement and HR departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Vendor management of business partners/system integrators.

Systems Integration:

• Manage interfaces for SAP S4 Hana, SAP BPC, SAP SF, SAP BI and Infor XM, ensuring smooth data flow and interoperability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly, collaborating with technical teams and vendors as necessary.
• Implement best practices for maintaining data integrity and system reliability.

User Support and Training:

• Provide end-user support for Finance, Budgeting and Forecasting, Procurement, Claims and HR systems, addressing issues, and ensuring efficient resolution of problems.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance end-user proficiency in utilizing SAP S4 Hana, SAP BPC, SAP SF, SAP BI and Infor XM).

System Configuration and Customization:

• Configure and customize SAP S4 Hana, SAP BPC, SAP SF and Infor XM to meet the specific needs and requirements of Finance, Procurement, and HR departments.
• Stay current with system updates, patches, and new features to recommend improvements and optimize system performance.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with Finance, Procurement, and HR departments to understand business processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in working with system integrators to implement Finance, Procurement, Claims and HR related projects and interfaces.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Finance, Budgeting and Forecasting, Procurement, Claims and HR business processes in a healthcare setting.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S4 Hana, SAP BPC, SAP SF, SAP BI, and Infor XM configuration and customization is beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
