General Overview

Candidate is the appointed representative for the Terminal who shall plan, communicate and witness the jetty operations inclusive of ships berthing, mooring, transfer operations are conducted in compliance to applicable statutory regulation, Terminal’s procedures, contractual requirements and Industry best practices.

Roles and ResponsibilIties

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Responsible in preparing vessels berthing activities, LNG transfer including terminal stowage plan as per berthing schedule and ships arrival notices;
• Provide appropriate instruction to ships and relevant service providers such as line handlers, agents and independent cargo surveyors in regards to jetty activities;
• Present on-board the ship or at the Terminal and remain available at all times(from berthing to unberthing) when there is jetty operations. Liaise with Ship Master or his designate and the Terminal’s control room for safe and efficient ship-shore operations. It is expected the role to function either one complete shipment or shift operation basis.
• In event of emergency on board or at Terminal, he communicate where applicable with Terminal’s and ship emergency team. Be part of the terminal’s emergency response member as dictated by Terminal’s Emergency Response Plan;
• Responsible to complete and sign the Ship-Shore Safety checklist, Declaration of Security, Marine Log Book and any relevant documents on behalf of the Terminal. Represent as A/PFSO for the Terminal.
• Candidate shall issue Letter of Protest on behalf and for the interest of Terminal and also received statements / protest from Ship Master as Terminal representative without prejudice where appropriate.
• Witnessing of Custody Transfer process. Candidate shall sign cargo documents on behalf of Terminal as per the required instruction from commercial team and after verify that cargo analysis data are accurate and consistent as per Terminal procedures;
• Track vessels and customers feedbacks, complaints, letter of protest. Support in closure actions as necessary;
• Take an active role in HSSE activities. Support in Operations Excellent initiatives, capability development, productivity and efficiency objectives;
• Take on additional tasks as directed by Supervisor;

Work experience / Knowledge

• Candidate who has previously worked as Loading Master in Petrochemicals and Gas terminals and/or Marine installations with minimum 5 years working experience, preferably exposure in transfer of liquefied gases;
• Knowledge on ship shore interface, loading arms, effective mooring, cargo transfer, cargo documentations and safety practices in Marine, Oil & Gas industries;
• Knowledge in jetty process system, simultaneous operations and tankage systems.

Education / Qualification

• Completed relevant safety and skill trainings such as Loading Master certifications, Cargo Surveyor or relevant ship-shore related certifications and PFSO certification.

General Overview

The incumbent will provide 1st level end user support and involve in the 2nd level support for the infrastructure services. He will also perform daily server room operation and support site related projects. This position will be based at Jurong Island.

Roles and Responsibilities

1st and 2nd Level Support

• Laptop/desktop support, file & print services, network connectivity, LAN\WAN, PABX, Office365 and basic application troubleshooting.
• Escalate issues to 2nd level support staff/vendor if issues cannot be resolved.

General Description

The incumbent is responsible to provide technical process support to the Production Shift teams and the Facility Owner of the process area in the LNG Terminal.

Roles and Responsbilities

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following scope of tasks and duties:

• Provide technical support for routine and non-routine production activities and develop best practices to improve production safety, reliability and efficiency.
• Evaluate current production activities, make recommendations and execute continuous process improvements in the areas of safety initiatives, equipment reliability and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot for process and equipment problems to ensure greater operational reliability and efficiency
• Measure plant performance including power consumption index, operating index relating to process availability, efficiency and reliability and other relevant field data surveys.
• Undertake energy efficiency and optimisation projects as required.
• Undertake alarm management for assigned area and proactively drive alarms to ensure robust operations.

General Overview

This position is part of the site Mechanical team that provides technical/maintenance support to the Operation and Project teams in LNG Terminal. He/she would be mainly responsible for overseeing the safe and reliable operations and maintenance of the Terminal assets from the Mechanical discipline perspective.

The incumbent shall oversee the maintenance of static and rotating equipment at the LNG Terminal. These include high pressure pumps, compressors, vessels, piping, valves, mechanical loading arms and structural elements; support the development and the upkeep of maintenance programme with advice from the Mechanical Engineer and to ensure that service records and logs are properly updated and maintenance activities are safe and efficient with minimal disruption to production.

Roles and ResponsibilIties

The incumbent shall be responsible for tasks and duties such as but not limited to the following:

• Oversee all mechanical maintenance work at the Terminal to ensure compliance with facility standards and procedures and alignment to legislative guidelines.
• Lead the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, commissioning and replacement of mechanical equipment and piping systems such as BOG compressors , cryogenic pumps , Marine Loading Arms, storage tanks and pressure vessels

The position is part of the Instrument Control and Electrical(ICE) team who is responsible for overseeing the safe and effective site execution of all electrical maintenance services and activities at the LNG Terminal.

Roles and ResponsibilIties

The incumbent shall be responsible for tasks and duties such as but not limited to the following:

• Ensuring compliance with SLNG safety procedures, local and international electrical codes and standards
• Supervising and lead a team of electrical technicians and contractors with installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment
• Developing, conducting and ensuring that E&I team members complete the relevant structured on the job training program
• Conducting site work inspection and quality control checks on all electrical works
• Reviewing and approving all electrical isolation permits and excavation permits and other permist that is of electrical and instrument nature.

General Overview

This position is part of the Production team performing LNG Terminal operations of loading and unloading of LNG from vessels and re-gasification process of LNG for the natural gas pipeline network supply. The position requires the incumbent to perform fieldwork and operate the DCS. The incumbent will work closely with the marine, technical and maintenance team to perform the operations.

Roles and ResponsibilIties

The primary duties are listed as follows:

• Perform routine field inspections on equipment operating conditions to ensure safe operating limits.
• Perform unloading of chemicals/utilities into receiving tanks.
• Perform jetty operations such as berthing in of vessels, operating marine loading arms and undertake Loading Master role.
• Operate DCS to monitor and control the overall terminal process within the design parameters and to meet customers’ gas nomination requests.
• Maintain comprehensive unit logs with proper data of all activities occurring in the shift and to ensure proper changeover of shift including any follow-up activities requirement.
• Support other production activities in relation to other businesses and services such as vessel cool down, cold energy transfer, LNG Truck Loading etc.

• Secure and prepare equipment and work sites for maintenance work according to Safe Operating Procedures requirements such as equipment lock-out and tag-out, low tension electrical de-energization etc.

• Replenish process chemicals / additives and trigger re-stock when necessary.

• Respond to terminal emergency situations as a first aid specialist or fire fighter or any other assigned roles.
• Participate in prevention and combat of hazardous situations such as loss of primary containment, oil spills and other forms of pollution and situations dangerous to life and property.

Work Experience

• Preferably with knowledge of plant instrumentation and control systems and DCS.

General Overview

This position is part of the Instrument, Control and Electrical team that provides maintenance and technical support to the Production, Mechanical and Project teams in the LNG Terminal. This position is responsible for establishing, reviewing and overseeing the relevant instrument & control design of newly build or modified equipment including implementation of minor instrument and control engineering projects, while ensuring the overall technical integrity of the terminal from the instrument & control (I&C) discipline perspective.

Roles and ResponsibilIties

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following scope of tasks and duties:

• Provide technical support and solutions for the Production and Maintenance teams for instrument-related issues
• Liaise closely with Production and Maintenance teams as to how to reduce instrument maintenance costs and increase availability and functionality.
• Liaise with external stakeholder including government agencies on possible gas pipeline network and electrical power grid, instrument and metering interfaces to ensure conformity.

The incumbent shall demonstrate knowledge and ability to perform safe and reliable gas supply and jetty operations at the LNG Terminal as a reasonable and prudent operator.

The incumbent shall have in depth knowledge and experience of, and able to demonstrate effective application of, HSSE regulations and best industry practices. The incumbent shall have strong technical knowledge and experience on process and DCS including, but not limited to, process hydraulics, thermodynamics, field troubleshooting, logics, safety bypass.

• Conduct daily production toolbox meeting, review shift activities, prioritize and assign resource to deliver effective and efficient work execution

General Overview

The incumbent will assist in administering and maintaining the company’s HSSE Management System, supporting the HSSE Manager in monitoring and meeting HSSE work plans and KPIs as well as working closely with key internal stakeholders to resolve HSSE issues.

The incumbent shall also be responsible in ensuring the company’s HSSE Management System requirements are implemented at the terminal.

• Present on-board the ship or at the Terminal and remain available at all times(from berthing to unberthing) when there is jetty operations. This position is part of the Production team performing LNG Terminal operations of loading and unloading of LNG from vessels and re-gasification process of LNG for the natural gas pipeline network supply. The position requires the incumbent to perform fieldwork and operate the DCS. The incumbent will work closely with the marine, technical and maintenance team to perform the operations.

Roles and ResponsibilIties

The primary duties are listed as follows:

• Perform routine field inspections on equipment operating conditions to ensure safe operating limits.
• Perform unloading of chemicals/utilities into receiving tanks.
• Perform jetty operations such as berthing in of vessels, operating marine loading arms and undertake Loading Master role.

General Description

The incumbent is responsible to provide technical process support to the Production Shift teams and the Facility Owner of the process area in the LNG Terminal.

Roles and Responsbilities

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following scope of tasks and duties:

• Provide technical support for routine and non-routine production activities and develop best practices to improve production safety, reliability and efficiency.
• Evaluate current production activities, make recommendations and execute continuous process improvements in the areas of safety initiatives, equipment reliability and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot for process and equipment problems to ensure greater operational reliability and efficiency
• Measure plant performance including power consumption index, operating index relating to process availability, efficiency and reliability and other relevant field data surveys.
• Undertake energy efficiency and optimisation projects as required.
• Undertake alarm management for assigned area and proactively drive alarms to ensure robust operations.
• Undertake Management of Change (MOC) for terminal modifications and take on lead role for various MOC projects as required
• Support engineering design analysis including preliminary design development, (heat and mass) calculation, technology evaluation and equipment selection.
• Participate in reviews and evaluations such as HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA, SPF, model reviews, Safety Integrity Level reviews, RAM analysis, layout and other process etc and support the design validation process in alignment with contract and regulatory requirements and specifications.
• Review standard operating procedures and start up manuals to ensure compatibility with design limitations and procedures are adequate.
• Lead, review and perform inspection and investigation of equipment and production systems to facilitate optimisation and formulate remedial procedures.
• Assist the Production Manager to report and investigate any related HSSE near miss / violation.
• Custodian of Operation Abnormality Reports, to manage the overall status of the reports, perform initial investigation to determine root cause and to drive root cause analysis and resolution.
• Participate in emergency response and may be assigned to a specific role and responsibility for such purpose.

Work Experience

• Minimum of eight (8) years practical experience in process engineering function in an oil, gas or petrochemical industries.
• Conversant with local/international codes, regulations, standards, best practices in the process.
• Good knowledge of commissioning, operations and troubleshooting of a variety of large and complex processes in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry is critical.

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following scope of tasks and duties:

1. Carry out all preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance as directed by the Supervisor and clear completed work from the CMMS data base.
2. Responsible for the proper maintenance on various rotating and static equipment and systems including the plant piping systems and structural support systems.
3. Response and resolve work orders for any mal-functioning for static and rotating equipment in the facility. Ensure minimum down time or timely repairs of production equipment.
4. Determine materials, spares, tools and method required to complete maintenance task safely.
5. Plan and execute machinery condition monitoring and field data collection with production team and engineers.
6. Ensure all plant valves are fully operational and all mechanical components properly grease and lubricated where applicable, including carry out, strip, redress and rebuild of various types of control and plant valves.
7. Supervise and work closely with in-house contractor and equipment vendor to execute maintenance work at the terminal. Ensure safeguards are followed such as valid work permit are issued, wearing prescribed personal protection equipment etc.
8. Liaise with production team with all aspects of mechanical system testing, running, trouble-shooting, carry out material specification checks on all installed piping components such as gasket, bolts, etc.
9. Able to take on additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
10. Able to perform valve line up & LOTO for operations or maintenance preparations.
11. The incumbent shall be part of the Company's Emergency Response Team(CERT) and perform any assigned roles and responsibilities (ie fire fighter etc) for such purposes.

Work Experience

1. Minimum of 3-5 years practical experience in the oil and petrochemical refinery.
2. Experience in hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical/ machinery systems i.e compressor/pump and diesel/gas engine.
3. Familiar with Permit to Work system and local codes, regulations and standards requirement.
4. Proficient in usage of Microsoft Office and trained in the use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS); ie SAP.
5. Ability to speak, write and communicate effectively in English.
6. Experience with LNG/Natural Gas or gas engine generator maintenance and operations will be an added advantage.

General Overview

This position is part of the IT & Procurement Group providing procurement services to relevant business groups. The candidate shall support the Procurement and Warehouse Manager in ensuring that warehouse operations and activities are performed in adherence to procedures, and safe and efficient operations of goods and equipment.

The candidate performs deliveries, asset management and transaction documentation process, and secure handling of goods. He / She shall also support the implementation of improvement opportunities within the warehouse operations.

This will be a 2 years contract role subject to extension.

Roles & Responsibilities

The incumbent shall undertake the following activities:

1. Performs loading/ unloading/ arranging of warehouse cargo and stock items.
2. Comply with height, weight and special handling requirements in stacking, moving, and arranging items on pallets according to storage plans,
3. Liaise with Users to perform pre-inspection of goods and equipment.
4. Performs Goods Received and Goods Issuance transactions in SAP.
5. Generates barcode and ensure clear labelling for all inventory items.
6. Assist in annual stocktake and cyclecounts.

8. Report warehousing issues to Procurement & Warehouse Manager in a timely manner.

Work Experiences

The incumbent is part of the ICE team who oversees safe and effective execution of all instrumentation and electrical maintenance services at the LNG Terminal.

Roles & Responsibilities

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following scope of tasks and duties:

• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for all instrument and electrical equipment in a timely and cost effective manner
• Perform basic calibration, tuning and troubleshooting activities for process transmitters, control valves, programmable logic controllers, supervisory control and data acquisition, analysers, gas metering flow computer system, tank gauging system, ACMV, Fire and Gas System
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting activities on motors, MCC, transformers and switchgears, variable speed drive, UPS, gas engine generators among others
• Perform electrical tag out and log out for specific work orders under supervisors’ instructions
• Maintain proper PM records performed and update records of all jobs performed in SAP application
• Provide support on plant modification work such that it is carried out in safely and in accordance to quality standard set by the company
• The incumbent shall be also be part of the company’s Emergency Response Team (CERT) and perform any assigned roles and responsibilities (i.e fire fighter etc) for such purposes.

Work Experience

• Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the oil and petrochemical refinery or power generation industry
