• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent.
• Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial fit-out.
• Able to handle commercial projects (Retail F&B and Commercial Office experience is an added advantages)
• Work well in a team, is discipline, positive and willing to learn and grow with the team.
• Knowledge of using ZOOM, Google Docs and MS Office preferred.
• Competent in using software(s): AutoCAD/Google SketchUp/3D Studio Max/Photoshop.

Responsiblities:

• Assist in managing incoming leads and inquiries, ensuring prompt response and proper routing to the appropriate sales representatives.
• Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including data entry, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing sales-related documentation.
• Assist in creating and formatting maintenance proposals, including assembling necessary documentation, cost estimates, and service details.

• Assist the sales team with various ad hoc tasks, such as market research, competitor analysis, and preparing materials for client presentations.
   

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering such as Mechanical or Electrical
• Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferrer
•  Experience in the HVAC or maintenance industry is advantageous.
• Able to perform technical calculation (heat load, cold load), onsite visitation, selection.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• A yard technician will assist the Asst. Yard Manager with the day to day yard operations. He must have the ability to operate a forklift and other heavy equipment and would require to complete certifications on safety operation of these heavy equipment.
• Work closely with the yard team in deliveries and shipment and safe keeping of all stock located within the warehouse.
• Do verification of incoming to and outgoing from of equipment / materials shipments from the warehouse
• Compares deliveries with specifications indicated on purchase orders/contract document and prepares discrepancy reports for any item not in compliance.
• Using delivery documentation or delivery notes, prepares items for dispatch to clients
• Inspects physical condition of the storage area, materials and equipment
• In conjunction with the Financial Controller undertakes physical inventories if required.
• Works within the company’s policies, objectives and quality management system. - Assist the Asst.Yard manager on maintaining the warehouse clean and presentable.

Requirement:

• Nitec or Higher Nitec in Maritime or Marine Engineering
• Experience in warehouse is a added advantages.
