What’s the role?

As an Enterprise Sales Core Sales Account Manager you will be tasked with growing and defending revenue across our terminal, enterprise product and enterprise data businesses. To do so will require gaining a deep understanding of the client’s technology and data landscape and demonstrating an awareness of industry and regulatory challenges in order to provide compelling solutions. You’ll need to have:

• 2+ years of client facing experience in a Financial Services or a Financial Markets Technology company
• Experience selling or supporting financial technology solutions to major sell-side financial institutions or private wealth institutions (private banks & family offices) within APAC (such as Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, CapIQ, Eikon or other desktop, research and/or trading systems)
• Experience with front-office financial markets technology products in any of the following asset classes: Fixed Income, Equities, FX, Futures and other Derivatives (such as Bloomberg Terminal/TOMS, ION, FIS, Murex, Flextrade etc.)
• Working knowledge of the sell-side and private wealth financial markets landscape is South East Asia, the major industry institutions and market trends
• Consultative skills built in sales, project management or advocacy roles

· Assist in maintenance of database for annual FATCA & CRS reporting

· Continuous review and improve the on boarding workflow and process as well as update the PPM accordingly.

· Responsible for Ops AM systems projects and automation.

· Any ad-hoc assigned tasks by Head of Operations

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Banking/Finance/Business Management

· Have solid understanding with requirements under MAS Notice SFA04-N02 – Prevention of Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism -Capital Markets Intermediaries

· At least 10 years of experience with minimum 3 years of experience in leading a team of 4 to 6 people in client Onboarding.

· Familiar with FATCA/CRS

· Understanding with requirements under MAS Notice on AML/KYC/CDD

Salary: $ 6000 - $8000

Location: CBD

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and provide excellent customer service
• Manage customer accounts
• Build and maintain good customer relationships through regular and effective communications
• Handle customers’ enquires and propose solutions that meet their requirements
• Work with various departments to respond to customers’ technical queries
• Review customer’s quotation requirements against company’s resources and capabilities
• Follow-up with customers on quotations submitted to secure orders
• Perform contract review to ensure requirements match quotation’s terms of supply and ensure documents/information are sufficient for production and delivery
• Plan and execute sales strategies
• Conduct presentations and customer visits
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Sales statistics and reports
• Other duties as assigned
