Our Client is one of the leading player in Maritime industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Accounts Executive (AP) to be part of their team. They are located in the East - easily accessible.

Responsibilities of Accounts Executive (AP):

• Reconcile vendor statements, manage inter-company balances, and update customer records.
• Handle tax-related duties, process withholding tax payments, and assign GST codes in invoices.
• Verify employee expense claims, ensure GST compliance with reimbursement policy via Concur.
• Post and process vendor invoices through Esker and SAP, ensuring timely payments.
• Review GST permits, reconcile with SAP or bank deductions.
• Prepare monthly and yearly audit schedules for internal and external audits.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in related field with at least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is preferred.
