Summary:

• Assist to carry out technical support functions and duties in accordance to Service Dept policy, plan and work towards achieving the Sales Targets.
• Preparation of quotations and technical data
• Co-ordinating and processing of documents, assist customer inquiries
• Supporting the Service team in other administrative tasks

Responsibilities:

• Assist to carry out site investigation and specification finalization.
• Assist to provide technical support to service sales division and overseas distributors on modernization spec, finalization and modification.
• Assist to check design information and plan drawing for modernization projects.

• Assist to computerize work sheet in order to increase working efficiency.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering Poly / ITE
• Preferably with 3 to 5 years experience.
• Experience in Marine industry and some Accounting background will be advantageous.
• MS words and Excel
• Knowledge of Technical Drawings, Engine Spareparts, Bearings, Piston
• Diligent and strong attention to details
• Strong sense of self-control, integrity, fair play and able to handle work independently.

HR

• Responsible in monthly payroll activities
• HRSM software: Info-Tech
• Knowledge to apply and manage different type of Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation
• Good writing and communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Responsible for whole recruitment process from sourcing to interview arrangement
• To maintain HR personnel related documentations including staffing, recruitment
• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
• Provide advice on HR-related matters
• Handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
• Responsible for E-portal jobs
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as required

Accounts

• Maintain full set of accounts
•  Assist in payroll activities
•  To assist in accurate data entry
•  To assist in monthly tabulation for contractor payment
•  Submission of monthly CPF
•  Ensure accuracy & completeness of month end closing activities (monthly financial report)
•  Responsible for the completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
•  Prepare Quarterly GST, monthly withholding tax, statutory survey form and statistical returns (when required).
•  Supports & Coordinate adhoc assignments and projects as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Higher Nitec preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR industry
• Good Knowledge of MOM guidelines and employment laws
• Be Meticulous to details
• Possess excellent writing (Must) and communication skills in English and Mandarin

Job Description & Requirements

· Issue invoices & email to customers & cargo agent

· Release AWB to Coload/Export on request

· Request of AWB when stocks low

· Monitoring, updating & recording of AWB inventory

· Cost checking of invoices from Airlines and cargo agents

· Follow up with vendors for refunds and dispute

· Follow up with customers for payment and any dispute

· Ensure monthly closing of AP, AR and generated report on timely basis

• Codes invoices with correct account number and general ledger number after obtaining approval from authorized department/branch staff.
• Completes all phases of check run.
• Verifies non-manufacturer invoices received from branches are properly authorized for payment.
• Verifies vendor statements and staff reimbursements.
