AP trade and non-trade

• Review and process invoices related to trade and non-trade purchase.
• Coordinate with department to resolve any issues related to supplier invoices and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Process payments to vendors, ensuring that they are made in accordance with agreed-upon terms.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and month-end closing reports.
• Assist in monthly GST and MES compilation
• Supports any reporting requirement and ad-hoc duties assigned

Credit limit / Risk Assessment

• Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers by analysing credit reports, financial statement, payment history and etc.
• Credit Limit setting: Review appropriate credit limits for customers based on credit risk assessment and in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Liaise with external party (D&B, Coface) for credit limit matters.
• Prepare credit limit consumption reports

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Accounting or equivalent
• With 2 years AP accounting experience and OJT training provided
• Experienced in SAP system is a plus (not a must)
• Proficient in MS office application
• Good in handle PDF softcopy and folders management due to paperless policy
• Meticulous, positive mindset and possess ‘can-do’ attitude
• Follow our company procedure and good in teamwork
• They pay Basic salary $3,300~3,600 + AWS + Transport Allowances + VB (historical average 3~4 months) and on hybrid mode
• Immediate or early start highly advantageous

· Ability to manage and handle full range of accounting responsibilities

· Preparation of monthly finance-related reports

· Assist in account receivables, debts collection, assist in accounts payables and payment processing

· Analyses accounts transactions and provide accurate, timely GST reports for IRAS filing

· Ensure all accounts receivable & payable reconciliations and proper accounting records are maintained

· Follow up with related parties on outstanding matters.

· Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial etc.

· Assist in HR functions and progress claims for project site e.g. monthly projects progress claims submission, workers' training, skills test registration, core trades renewal etc.

· Any other reasonable ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Accounting

· At least 5 years of experience in accounting roles

· Familiar with Quickbook/Synergix/Highnix ERP would be an advantage

· Proficient in MS Office applications

· Meticulous, organized, analytical and detail-oriented

· Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work with all levels
