Job Description:
· Attend to customers’ needs promptly and professionally.
· Set up of premises accordingly.
· Ensures overall cleanliness in the premises.
· Ensure all used plates and cutleries are being cleaned.
· Maintains good customer service and food quality to achieve customer satisfaction.
· Attend to guests’ queries, feedback and complaint timely & professionally.
· Assists in opening, changing and closing of shifts.
· Perform cashiering.
· Supervise service staffs.
· Work closely with kitchen to ensure that food are prepared according to standards as set by company.
· Assist in preparation of food in kitchen such as washing and cutting of food ingredients.
Administration:
· Takes attendance of service and kitchen staffs and plan duty roster for them.
· Assist in managing the maintenance and repairs of the kitchen equipment.
· Ensure all inventory are well stocked.
· Assist in ordering of stock inventory.
· Works closely with the Manager to achieve operation efficiency.
· Perform adhoc duties required for the daily operations.
Job Requirements:
· Preferably with at least 1 year of related experience in F&B.
· Good interpersonal skills and communication to facilitate information exchange between company and colleagues as well as to customers.
· Multi-tasking and good service attitude.
· Able to work in fast pace environment during peak hours.
· Ability to engage in physical activities which requires long hours of standing during the working shift.
· Required to work on weekends & public holidays.
· Able to work OT if required.
· Do not mind working in non-airconditioned environment.
· Able to Liaise with Chinese speaking customers.
